Events For 2009
JULY 2009.
The group knitted clothes and blankets , Which were donated to the Paul Sartori Group. and Pembroke dock Doctors Surgery.
Encompass donated £10 to The Big Lunch which was organised by P.C.S.O Nadia Sullivan Pembroke Dock Police Station.
We attended two fun days, one in Pennar community hall, and Pembroke Town hall.
Which raised useful funds to help towards our aims.
AUGUST.
Stall at the Quinns Carnival which raised £70.00.
SEPTEMBER To OCTOBER.
An enjoyable day at the Pembrokeshire National Parks Office. Where the group was given an insight into the extensive work of the Authority.
Various trips organized by David Matthews supported by the National Park.
DECEMBER.
Christmas Bazaar at Pater hall Pembroke Dock very successful day.
The group enjoyed a Christmas lunch at the Station inn, before the Christmas break.
EVENTS FOR 2010
MARCH.
Attended the eisteddfod at St.David's Cathedral to show our work, with one of our ladies wining second prize for her work
APRIL.
Joined in with Monkton group at Pembroke Town Hall fete with all proceeds donated to ward 10 Withybush Hospital
Visit to St Johns church Pembroke Dock where we donated two prayer blankets, well received by the Rev. Nigel Thomas.
Fete held in the grounds of The First and Last Public house Pembroke Dock, which raised over £200. Thanks to all who attended which made the day a success
and Richard and Michele for their contribution.
